I know what it is and I'm able to find it, but isn't this considered Identity theft? Who evers number I use, if they find out are they able to press charges against me? I would prefer to play on the Korean server, but not if I have a chance of getting sued or going to jail..
Doubt the police will ever come to your house and waste their time putting you in jail for playing a video game. Police have other things to worry about then little crap like that. There has been thousands of foreigners to play KR version and not one have ever been sued or gone to jail...
Quick answer: Yes it is identity theft, no you will not have any charges pressed against you.

It would be handled the same way as your account being stolen. they would only be able to find out if they went to play and notices their kssn is in use. They would recover the account and you would lose it. (why it is advised to use a female KSSN in most guides)
Unless you plan to visit south korea i wouldn't remotely worry about it.
Try goin to Taiwan, you just enter your email for a free account. but if you strictly want to stay on Korean then have a buddy get you one or buy one. because doing this as Tempest said it is identity theft and your account can be "stolen" as Jaxill said.
