Are you sure all years are the same titles? maybe they change every year.

Those are the dragon boss titles. You take its quest by clicking the icon at the bottom right part when its green and it will give you a quest to kill 25 or 30 mobs, those are the dragon boss majins. At certain points those majins will spawn after you kill mobs and they can drop silver coins upon death, those silver coins are needed to buy the titles Sandu said in his post.

When the dragon boss icon reaches 100% multiple big dragon bosses will spawn on the red map and after it is dead a robot NPC will spawn for some minutes where you can exchange your coins for titles, 250 silver coins is a silver title, 30 gold coins I think is another title but this one has the stats posted by Sandu and 20 silver coins can be exchanged for 1 gold coin I think.

It's the 250 silver title is it not? Need to be sticky

Have the Red Medal too, i think gives 2~3% Cooldown

i got my title in jan and i got 3 con maybe nov is 3 str?
