Nope, if KoK gives 15%-20% a normal player with 23% speed on both weapons... will hit very very fast (With poko and karma buffs)and that does not happen

If Kaioken gives Speed Attack... i presume that gives 1% or 2%

Make a test, buy 23% speed weapons and put kaioken... ask for karma and poko buffs and hit a mob.... then put 26% speed on both weapons and do the same

You will see the huge difference.

it gives 15% . I used a fighter, turned on kaioken, i was attackin in kaioken, put on pot, i was attacking normal speed.

i repeat.. kaioken don't give 15 or 20.... kaioken gives max 1 or 2%.

if you use 23% both weapons you get

23% = Weapon
23% = Weapon
25% = Poko
15% = Karma
15% = Kaioken????

Total: 101 speed.... THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! people will not use Speed on Hair Dogi then or 26% speed on weapons.
