if anyone could give insight on this it'd be great but i haven't played in awhile and when i got back on my scouter was gone?? so i bought another 1 but i can't use it without the chip i'm guessing?? if anyone could either tell me where i can get a chip thatd be sweet. also when i press on the scouter to open the slot menu it doesn't do anything?? really really need help

i found out why lol fail this game has changed a good bit

Scouter system changed. Chips were delete and u received some gift for that you had. Now u can take scouters that can find dbs, inspect others, search quests buying one to scouter merchant.
The best scouter u can find is in dark namek's dungeon
