After collecting and wishing I received the lvl 20 set or armor and the popo stone but there was nothing else? I'm not sure if it has been changed as all the forums and videos I've seen are all from about a year ago. Also when pressing U it dosent open up my scouter? I'm still using the one u start the game with if that helps. I appreciate any info I can get.

Got Deleted , Scouter system has Changed , now to get a Db scouter you go to the Karin Forest Scouter merchant and buy the red scouter for 45k [ i think ] from him , makes it easier to get :P

First of all those are only quest dragon balls.Every class has the quest to get them till lvl 20.Tier 2 Dragon Balls can be hunted durring DB hunt time and u get time by hunting mobs that appear like DB icon on ur mini map.As for scouters new scouter system is implemented so u don't open it by pressing U.

Yup , got deleted everywhere , so even if you had one in the Bank/Ah , They're now Gone , and if you ask me , it's alot better, because one of those bad boys is sold for 2kk [ and i luckily sold my spare one to some poor guy before the update , if i had known , i would have sold the other one too ]

With out the chips how are we supposed to DB hunt.

Have you tried to? You don't need one. You just need a scouter that's advanced enough to have the ability to detect db mobs.
