White dogi? Are you talking about the all white dogi with a yellow belt and requires level 10 or higher to equip? If that is the dogi you mean then that is a guild dogi. If you join a guild with a emblem then the guild emblem will be on the back of that dogi. (Really would be cool to get the dogi names translated soon.)
