Those dragon ball hunt times are in need of updating, and are no longer current (not sure about the budokai ones). Here's an up to date guide. You'll have to calculate the times for your timezone based on those times (The math is simple, just subtract 4 from all the GMT +0 times). One catch to this is that the Taiwanese don't observe daylight savings time, so if you live in an area that does you will have to add an hour to the times you calculate when it is in effect (and it is in effect right now), so rather than subtracting 4 hours you would just subtract 3.
Hey thank you I figure out that my zone is the opposite from theirs when is 3am over here it 3pm in Taiwan so I just figured it out with your guide GMT +8 which is Taiwan. All I need to know now is when the budokai is for adults and kids and I will be good.

That makes sense that they would be opposite to you in Taiwan since the difference between -4 and +8 is 12. Nice and simple. Just remember, if you observe daylight savings where you live then I'm pretty sure you'll actually have to add an hour to those times (ie. if it is 3am where you are then it will actually be 2pm in Taiwan).
As for the Budokai times, I'm afraid I can't help you there since I'm never online during budokai (usually too early where I live).
The other guide says Wednesdays and Saturdays, so I will check today for you bud, as I am very interested in budokai times well. Kid/Adult takes place at the same time as far as I've seen
