Right , it would be cool to have a htb 3 skill ...with its own name .
For humans i came up with genki dama . You can get this by wishing a quest starting item from the dragon, and the item should teleport you at the beginning of snake way( a new map ) . You have to fly/walk 1000 km and then you must fight with kaio-sama( to prove him that youre good enough , and you should be able to solo this but very hard) . After you beat him he will learn you genki dama which will have a cast time of 1-2 minutes , cant be dodged , and deals 500k + dmg . And the CD should be 24 hours .

Minimum power level : hmm ..for humans i think 150k should be the minimum or 200k ...I know its hard to have a big power level on a human ....
From the CD yall realized that it wont be for 1 vs 1 pvp ...Best for pve(boss) ..And it should be a energy skill. And yeah , the snake way should be like in the anime/manga , pretty narrow , if you fall from it you will be teleported to the beginning ...
Dammit ...i just keep forgetting to add stuff ...its an aoe skill ...and i just realized that if u somehow manage to do one in party pvp the other guys will be raped so hard ...so ...if you get hit once you have to start the cast from the beginning ...
