You get the first one at level 30 after completing the aging quest. Requires 1 RP ball and works just like any other skill.

Hmm.. then it aint that I got.. but I can press shift button and something pops up and I dont know what it is.. it was after doing the TP quest to save chi-chi (where after goku takes all the credit that damn midget )..

That's the guard/counter stance. Basically, you get that at level 9.
