i just got to lvl 20 and made my wish with the tier1 balls but i didnt get my dragonball chip what do i have to do now?(i stopped playing dbo a while ago so idk what changed)
There are no more scouter chips in the game as of the february update. Being able to detect dragon ball MOB's is now a matter of which scouter you have (It will be listed as an untranslated effect on the scouter). The easiest place you can find one is at the scouter merchant in Korin's Village for 45k.
It's not that bad, considering the fact that you wouldn't have been able to detect dragon balls until level 20 before the update. I don't think level 1's are really meant to have it, but you could always buy one on a higher level character and mail it to a low level one.
