That's one of the easiest repeatables. The only part that sucks is running back to turn it in. Either get a mount, or use KaioKen.
The strategy is simple: Head north from West City (you'll have 2 red circles close together on your map). There will be 2 supers, one in each circle. There are a couple mobs close to them, but if your smart, just pull the super away and have at him. After you kill the 2, just change channels and repeat. Then change channels again and kill one more super then turn in the quest.
