I don't understand, you call somebody top tier because they have a party budokai title? Party aura's mean nothing.

Every decent player on TW Server 2 removed there Adult Solo titles ages ago for boss event titles. SK's use anti crit, fighters use Dex titles , Karmas/Turtles Focus etc.

Dont you guys have budokai every day on HK?
