So i was meaning to ask what level do you have to be to wish for your first dragon buff?

For eximple i have made a new character and it has two Tier 1 dragonballs and six Tier 2 dragonballs. Will I be able to wish for dragon buff if im still lvl 10 or so? Or do i need to be in some level like the SuperSayian wish?

I think I read somewhere that you need to be lvl 20 am i correct?

for dragon buffs u need lv 20 , for the class transformations and htb 2 u need lv 40

You can't have 2 tier 1 sets as tier 1 comes with quest to make 1 set

And once you reach full set of tier 2 you get blank dragonballs which can't be used

There's no level requirement for dragon buffs.
