Ok guys, so the Officers of Saints have been Brainstorming a cool way to do this hide and seek event. It will unfortunately, be Saints only so we can keep this fair to our own guildies and don't have outsiders teaming up in groups which would ruin the way we have this planned.
So Here's the details of the event, where it will take place, how it will be done, and the way prizes will be distributed.
Location: West city. This way even people who are level 1 can join in on this event.
How it will be done: There will be 3 rounds of hide and seek throughout the day so that people in different time zones can participate without having to be on at one certain time. The event will last an hour at a time, in the morning, mid day, and evening. Players will have an hour to find as many Officers as they can, and their times will be recorded on how far into the hour they found each officer.
At the end of each event, your times will be added together, and the way we will decide who comes in first, second, etc. will be by however many Officers you find. In the event there are multiple people who find us all, whoever has the lowest total time will be awarded first place, and so on and so forth.
When this will happen: The event will take place on Saturdays. The times that the event will occur are 12pm-1pm /-/ 3pm-4pm /-/ 6pm-7pm. These are EST times (GMT -5:00) so please figure out what times these will be based on what your own time zone is. Also might I add, you may only participate ONCE per day in any given event. This way it is fair to those who cannot participate multiple times, as doing so could give people an edge, and would let people get familliar with hiding spots.
One last thing. Before each event, EVERYONE who is participating, must be outside of west city before the event starts (the front gate) When we give the okay, everyone may zone in, and begin the hunt.
How Prizes will be distributed: The prizes will be distributed by choice. For example, first place winner has their pick of whatever prize they want, second place gets second pick, and so on. Depending on how many people participate, and how many prizes there are, there may even be up to 6th, 7th, etc. place awards.
What are the prizes?: So far the prizes we have put together are some pretty good ones, and can even be sold if said person wishes to do so. You pick your prize, you can do what you want with it. Only ONE prize will be awarded per person.
The prizes so far: Two Ninja Dogi's, Two Gold Dogi's, A Majin Transformation Potion, A Spiritualist Transformation Potion, and so far up to 1 million in cash prizes (Which may be divided down further into 100k/200k, etc etc.)
