Where can I find a item or a npc to reset the skill's? I want to reset all the skill and add the skill again... Is this possible?

I think you have to buy it from the cash shop, but then again i herd you could get it for free by someone? but i don't think that's correct.

The only way to get a reskill book is by either purchasing it from the cash shop (12,600 points) or by purchasing one from another player, usually the AH is your best bet. They run about 9-12mil now.

If you played before the 1.0 patch, you got a free reskill book.

It's a green book. Look in the AH under the last tab. It's the tab all the way to the right
