I have 3 Questions about the game there're :

1- How can I Get Medusa Points ?
2- How can i get that Aura around the Char ?
3- How can i get the title like " Friends of trunk " .... ?

Anyone ?

1-Mudosa points can be earned by pvp in rank or budokai (if win)
2-Aura depends, If it is dragons flying around its a budokai aura, you have to get at least 3rd place for aura. If its clowing colored (green, red and blue) its CC150 aura. budokai aura its easy to get, not much competition at the moment, CC150 its really hard. only 3 foreigners got that aura at the moment.
3-friend of trunks its a title that you can earn by trading 250 silver medals to npc that appears after killing dragon boss. dragon boss only appears when the icon of a dragon whit "BOSS" under him its on 100 % (glowing grey)

And you can also get other titles with 20 gold coins(for one gold coin you need 20 silver coin).

I hope it's okay that I post my questions in this thread, so that it won't be necessary to open another one:

Just started to play the game a few days, after one of my friends brought me back to the dragonball francise. Thanks to other MMOs I played in the past, I get the basic idea of DBA, but there are still some, to dbo unique-features, that I'm not used to, yet:

1) So in order to get the ability to turn into a super saiyan, you have to collect the 7 dragonballs first. Okay, I got that. But now I read about buffs named "Dragon King's ___" that you can get by making a wish to shenron, too. But the dragonballs vanish after making a wish. How can I get the dragonballs again? Visit the old NPCs that game me the quests for the balls or something?

2) I took a liking to the Dash-ability. But I don't understand the cost-system of this ability. It reads 30 EP as cost, but when using it a few times in a row, I burned trough my around 1000 EP in 4 - 5 dashes. Is the cost multiplicative or what?

3) Okay, now a rather odd question: Is it possible for a(n adult) char to have a beard or something similar via accessoryitems etc? I have a rather striking beardgrowth and its now like a tradition that all my chars in games have a moustache. ^^'

The NPCs that give you the quest are only for a specific set of dragon balls. Other dragon balls drop when you fight mobs. You need to collect them repeatedly to get the buffs.


The EP cost of dashing doubles each time you use it before the cooldown ends.

That makes sense. Is there a way to see the exact cooldown or do I have to estimate the 3 - 4 secs cooldown?

1. So I got some quests where I have to scan specific enemies with my scouter, like you can see in this video:

Now my problem: How can I get this scan-function for my scouter? Do I have to buy a specific one that support chips, like it looks like from the video? Or do I get one from a quest? And where do I get this chips?

2. So I started the quest-line for the flight ability and got behind the crude basics, but I still don't know how to dash inb flight. Is it actually possible? Also:

In this video the characters flies with super speed. I've already read that you have to buy specific cash shop scrolls to do that. But is there something between "slow speed" and this super dash speed that you have forever or something?

3. Last question for today:
So I'm planning on choosing the swordsman as advanced class. Any thread/guides out there that simply lists the "do's and do-nots" of this class? Like, what Abilities I should pick, which one I better leave out, etc?

1- Your Average scouter is Okay [ the one you get when you start ] it has the scan stat , just left click the npc and wait for a minute , the scouter chips have all been removed and instead you buy better scouters with more stats

2- there Is something between Super flight dash and normal speed , When not using a Super flight dash just tap W two times quickly and it should take you to a faster dash but not as fast as super flight dash

So, I think this will be the last batch of questions from me, then I should be able to get my bearings around the game on my own:

1. So I collected all the dragonballs from the quest and visited Shenron's altar. But there I can only get a pink pet egg, not the oiption to wish for super saiyan. Do I need to be the required level (40) in order to wish or doesn't it work with my tier 1 balls and I have to collect the tier 2 (or whatever tier it is)?

1a. Are there even other wishes for the tier 1 dragonballs or just this egg?

1b. Apropos eggs: How to hatch them?

2. If I have to collect the tier X dragonballs, when exactly am I able to collect them via drops? I read something about needing a special scouter-chip, but like Mmatheking already stated, there are no chips anymore. So, where can I get a scouter that can search for dragonballs?

3. Some guides and sources say, adult quest and master class quest are both only available at level 30 onward, other state that adult quest is available at 25 now. What's true?

4. Probably the wrong forum, but is there some kind of english speaking dbocom-guild on server 2.[龜仙人伺服器] ?

The egg there isn't a pet egg -- it's a sort of item ball that contains new equipment and an item you can sell for Zeni. That's the only wish option for that tier of dragon balls. You still need to collect the tier 2 dragon balls to wish for Super Saiyan. I'm not positive you have to be level 40 (it's been a while since it concerned me) to wish for it, but I think you do. Not sure what an Apropos egg is.


I'm sorry that I can't help you with this -- I haven't played since before the scouter update.


You can only get a master class at level 30+. The quest chain might start at a lower level. My memory is shoddy once again.


Generally not something you should ask around here, just a fair warning. The site has a lot of issues with guild rivalries. There are a bunch of English-speaking guilds on server 2. You can browse them in the "find a guild" section of the forums.

1- Tier 2 Dragonballs [ the ones you drop from mobs ] are the dragonballs needed , and yes you do need to be level 40

2- In Korin City [ you'll get there by level 21/23 ( Depends on how many quests you do ) ] In The City itself [ center of the map ] you'll find a scouter merchant which sells a red scouter for 36k , buy it and in Db hunting periods you will be able to view Db mobs [ you'll still have to kill them and Hope to god they drop ]

3- The Masterclass Quest starts at level 30 , so does the flight , but SOME of the quests of the Adult Quest can be done before level 30 , But it can only be done at level 30

4- Go to the Guild list and check it out , and dont ask that questing around here since like kiyza said there are alot of guild rivalries
