Hi everyone. I haven't played DBo since last year and now when I logged in I saw that I don't have a scouter so: how I will scan map for quests? How to see mobs with db icons on minimap? How to see mobs HP?

Go to dark namek map and then go to the dungeon for lvl 58 then go here http://dbocom.com/tools/map/dragon-c...7/00014000724/
And buy the rare scouter then you have answer on all type of stuff :P

Cheack your cash shop inventory you might have a scouter there. Theres was a scouter update...If not just buy one from scouter merchant.

And to check for quests just open map there you will find a button to scan for quest.

I have one question, that rare scouter, you buy it from which npc?

You don't need a rare scouter to search for quests, i don't think you can get it from an npc but if you need it check the auction house
