im lvl 47 and i got ssj at lvl 40 but now i hunt at mushroom rocks south for the lvl 50 monsters and everytime i was there i found atleast 3 dbs everytime my friend once found 6 in one night there however you can also do good around cell area in westlands for mobs around your lvl
