So yeah, I stopped playing 6 months ago and when I get back I realize that scouter chips are now disable... No problem, so I start playing with a new character and Im already lvl 21 with my first wish granted and yesterday at the special time for hunting dragon balls I couldnt find not even one in the whole entire map. My question is, Do I need to be higher level or is it about having some special scouter or similar? And I appreciate if you let me know how to get them
search for scouter merchants and pick the first scouter that has yellow chinese letters,best guess at the main city dungeon of your char,btw there is thread about new scouter system,wouldnt hurt to search a bit b4 make a thread right? friendly talking also check about few forum rules...pce out
