English= Taiwan

No. Taiwan is the most active version to this day. I myself played all 3 version to see it for myself.


BUGs are not version sided. If one BUG is in HK it's in TW and KR and vice versa.

Hk has higher population in players than taiwan, but TW has more foreigners

Taiwan does have more players, but the bad ping most players get while playing this server is what makes it lag so bad.

u CAN just run gamebooster and u get less lag or try WTFast or possible use them both at the same time o.O
U may lag less with these but u most likely will lag in Highly populated places like Korin City

Well, as I've noticed... you deal more (overall) damage on TW, there are more -foreigners- on TW. I wouldn't say they're "English", but most understand the language well enough to have a conversation with you. If there is a bug on one version, its been on all of them. There really is no "best" among the versions, it all depends on your preferences. If you would really like to know, then try both out for a month or so and choose which version you would like to play long-term, or you can play both. Up to you, really.

HK is full of foreign player just need to look for them ... and HK is way more active than HK except when all the chineze players are sleeping and that lasts for 3 or 4 hours not longer
