I completed quest Flying technique so i can fly. But little wrong i cant do fast flying? is there quest can do flying acceleration ?

Nope. You need special scrolls that you get after completing that quest (only 10). And later you can only get them from cash shop

To fly faster, you need to use super dash scroll. After completing flight quest, you should have got 10 scrolls of them. You can also buy them from ah or cash shop.

It has a capsule hologram on it , it's in kokkara next to the teleporter and mailbox , in korin , next to the load of afking people near the south entrances , In West City , In the south east corner there is a building and it's inside it , And basically each major city/town in the maps
