About the gear you will learn with experience how to gear your majin.
I can give you some tips vs common classes:

Fighter: top anticrit%, pants and boots con. Gloves 10% anticrit, sub hitrate. Success rate necklace, props/CD earrings, 20 con rings from cell-x.

Tank/ultimate: top and pants lp%, boots con. Weapons crit% damage/speed

About accessories depends which class you are fighting as I said you need test and experience. Good luck :)

The punch is not bad can interrupt enemy skill like a bold strike or a kame. The lack of stun in this class can't be filled, want to give up a stun?
remember candy can be counter with right accessory so you will have no more stun if you fight a good player he know to wear anti candy for counter your best stun.
