hey guys

1.okay so ive been in this problem where whenever I want to enter the game after choosing my character the screen goes black and I can just hear the background music and the ingame mouse and I still don't know how to fix it and i still need help on that if u guys don't mind...

2. so I figured it might just be my characters that are causing me that problem and if I make a new character the black screen wont come out and that's when I saw that I couldn't find where I can make a new charcter this is just what appears :



there is no place where I can create a new character :/ any ideas??

if u could help me with both problems that would be great! thank you

for first problem relog then try to choose different channel(that happened to me) and 2nd you have only 2 slots for characters :/ If you want to make new either you need to delete one or just make new account(its easy to make one) :D

hey thanks for the advice on the second problem :D!!!

but for the first problem I tried changing channels it still didn't work :/ any other ideas , is changing servers worth a shot?? because I cant play the game >_<
