It's a CC Floor ticket. With it you skip floors. As you translated even item names in DBO I can't really say what floor is that

Edit 2: It seems CC is some kind of battleground tower that you rise up through, I'm assuming 51 allows me to jump straight to 51?

I am level 29 nearly 30 so i assume this is entirely useless to me?

Anyone know about these "Platinum keys"?

They are used to open chest..

I've tried the chest you get from npc drops on them but it says the key isn't compatible.

Platinum. Keys open gold cheats . Red green and purple cheats are opened by the purple egg key in the token shop that costs 80 tokens
