Hi guys i haven't been playing ulti long but i have gotten the hang of it, if ANYONE finds any mistakes or things that can be improved let me know so i can change it for the good of the community,
now ultimate's are buffers(pretty much slaves) and not many people use them due to sandboxie. so most ultis are just buffing slaves but they are pretty OP if you know how to play them and gear them.
With high defense, buffs and debuffs its very good, also kid buu can replace turtles easily for pve

now you may notice there are no attacks, the reason i do this is with high props and kaioken with +12 gloves and speed weapons you do pretty high damage just auto attking. and for cc you are being buffed for speed by karma and poko anyways so its more effective to just auto attk. i have every debuff for bleed, poison , anti stun and the devour curse which just removes a debuff. having all of them lets me pick wisely so that devour curse isn't constantly on cd when i need it. i chose the resitance buff as an extra because i like it.

now pvp is something Ulti will be very good at IF we had a stun. before the scouter update we could reach very high anti crit and with high defenses and no nab tickets. i dont know much about the aspect of PVP ulti so im hoping someone can correct me if im wrong but i asked around and a few agreed this build will do

Armour

its better to have a set of craft and a set of e def tmq 7
i use con boots
lp% jacket and pants. max on lvl 70 rare craft is 21% i believe. but if your pvp then you need an anti crit jacket also.
Cd earrings max on lvl 70 rare is 21
props max on level 70 rare is 10
necklace props, resistance, 5 crit
rings - con from kraken or cell

Weapons

26% speed gloves and sub
33% m attk m crit gloves and sub (for kid buu)
34 focus and a HR sub
crit rate gloves

Techniques(pve)

your role depends on your party , you are either just for buffs and debuffs, or you can be used as tank or turtle even, so get some crit% gear if you are going to spam geno blast in kid buu. theres not much to say on this matter as its easy to debuff and attack and heal.

Conclusion

Ulti are a fun class to play,as long as you ignore the 100 messages asking for buffs and focus on doing challenging things like cc or budokai. we need more Ulti in the game so get started :D

Remember ULTI and its kid buu uses M attks not E attks

Is this is a good build for support and pve? Hyper bomb lvl 2 for KD more targets and cluster bomb to hit from far.

Lol don't see candy beam..

To use candy beam I would need to lose 8 points . Personally id prefer to keep buffs maxed as you are never going to do any good in solo with the way the lvl70 cap is . So your pvp options are plat and duels which you start fully buffed . Also party budo which I just run around healing buffing and debuffing . So for me personally id prefer buffs to stay max , post a build you use for pvp so I can see where the 8 points are moves from :)

actually this build is based on solo playing and ultimate pvp with high cons., eng., and all kind of required attacks and passives.
this works great in pve too coz u are gonna need speed gear so there is no use of critic buffs, candy beam is a waste of 8 sp. no eng. attacks coz this class is based on good physical attack. Hyper bomb is maxed to take as much as players/mobs.
