If anyone wants to actually be answered, the websites and facebooks no longer answer. Log into wasabii web depot, there's the three orange dragonballs that say Member, download and open, click the Member ball, very last tab says service click that one, brings up 7 menus, click the first one that says Online rewards, select game title Dragon ball online, it pre-selects server 2 which I believe is turtle fairy, then fill in return title which would be subject then below enter what you want, use google translate to change into Chinese what you want to say and paste it, click left button to send. To check what they said within 24 hours, follow all the steps I just said but click the right button at the end menu and it comes up. I'm sure a guide has been made but just in case, if they gets lots of mail they might start caring, you will get a response I always do!
