Hello, I decided to spend real money on the game to show support and wanted to get cool stuff but I heard Wagu coins is the way to go in getting cool things so I purchased 5 wagu coins which cost me 170C and I went to the wagu machine "Wagu Machine 1" where I clicked the arrow saying "Continuous draw 5 coins".
I had 5 coins so decided to use that and it took all 5 of my coins and gave me nothing in return for them and I got a red error text saying "not enough coins".
I was confused by this and purchased another 5 coins costing me another 170C and decided this time I will only click "draw" to get 1 at a time as it says it only costs 1 wagu coin to do so.
It also takes all 5 of my coins again and I get the red error saying "not enough coins"
So now I am down 340C and I got absolutely nothing in return for them?
Hmm honestly there was a point where it did that to me, when I tried the wagu machine I got red letters. For me is was a patching problem where the game didn't patch right, I re-installed and made sure all the patches went through and it fixed it for me.

I see but what can I do about the Coins I lost? can I contact Wasabii to give them back to me? where can I do this as I don't speak the language at all.
thank you that was the issue, im so dumb didn't realize the "tabs" and it was behind one of the tabs so I thought I was getting nothing but in fact it was all there!
