You can not sell dragonballs on the AH. You're mistaking them with another item, probably a craft item.

i know what your talking about those arent them they look like orange blank balls i think they are used for poison treatment

They're craft materials. You get them if you pick up a dragonball after you have 7 already in your inventory. They are useless. People fall for buying them all the time.
