I don't know if many of you have experienced this error when you run the patch or the game as administrator but right now i'm gonna make a helpful guide :)

The error is "Logon failure: user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced."

If u keep on having this error then follow these steps

1. Go to RUN(win+r) type regedit.exe
2. Then go here HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
3. Change the value of "LimitBlankPasswordUse" from 1 to 0 (just double click)
4. Close the registry editor and try again to run your application.

After this you should be able to run it as administrator....i had this problem since i started the game and i was really troubled by it ....hope this helps

Oh for step 2 if u can't find HKLM it's HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE......i had trouble finding it lol
