How to create keybinds in dragon ball online?

Hello guys!

Im here to asking if anyone know how i can create keybinds on dragon ball online.If its posible someone can explain how i do it?

you mean like console commands e.g /bind x " desired effect " if so i do not believe you can as there isn't any console as such in this game to do so
