First, a bit of information about items. You will often times see the same items multiple times in the cash shop. This is because you can buy these items in different quantities, time duration, etc.
Binds: Cannot trade to other players but can be sold to a vendor.
No-Sale: Cannot sell to a vendor but can be traded to players.

Description: Player mount.
Speed increase is 14. Colors vary.

Description: Ring that can be equipped to a pet.
This allows you to buy items from the general shop anytime, anywhere.

This allows you to sell items from your inventory anytime, anywhere.

This allows you to access the auction house anytime, anywhere.

Allows mailbox access as well as sending and receiving items through mail in this way.

Using this ring will generate a random item to a separate bag. This bag can be accessed by clicking the ring in the pet tab. Does not generate Dragonballs.

Upgrading Stones:
Description: Stone used to upgrade equipment.
This stone has a chance to upgrade equipment anywhere from +1 to +3.
Auction House Value: 2.5M - 2.7M each
Description: Stone used to downgrade a piece of equipment.
Using this will downgrade an item by 1.
Auction House Value: 350k each
Description: Used as an item upgrading helper (I don't know what else to call it).
If item fails to upgrade, this stone will prevent the item from being destroyed. This will NOT prevent your item from being downgraded.

Description: Used as an item upgrading helper.
If your item fails to upgrade, this will prevent the item from being destroyed. This item will also prevent your item from falling below +6.

Description: This item is a capsule with a random type of upgrade stone(s) in it. By buying this item, you are taking a gamble on the stone(s) you receive.

Description: Allows you to change your character's name.

Description: Resets all of your SP points.
You keep skills that don't use SP points like: SSJ, Master Class, HTB attacks, or any of the skills you learned from going into the time portals lvl 1-20.

Description: Allows you to refund SP points in whatever skill you want.
Example: You put one or two points into the wrong skill. Buying this book will save you a lot of money instead of buying a full reset book.
