The new update is not just a patch that you can download with the launcher. You must download a new version of the client. The fastest download options are right here: http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4411

If you have any problems launching the game after you've installed it, click here on the launcher (it may take a while to download all of the needed files):

It says extended about 4 hours. (00:00-16:00) AKA: 11am-3am est. time.

I got up at 5:00 a.m for play and they extend the period of update ????? WTF?? T.T
