How to register or enter for Budokai Tournament?

So registering from 8PM-8.30PM :D

World Martial Arts Tournament:
The sign-ups for the tournaments start at 8PM on the day they're scheduled for and last for 30 minutes. You can sign up for a tournament in-game by clicking on the tournament icon at the bottom right hand corner on your screen that says "武". After the sign-ups end, each round is played out and when it's your turn to fight you'll get a message. If more users sign-up for the tournament than the tournament is able to handle then the tournament will only select those with the highest Arena PvP ratings.

So only kids Tournament today??? Because lvl cap is still 25...

How do we sign up? There's an Icon on my screen but I don't know what to do.

Looks like sign-ups start at 8:18 or 8:28

must be 8:28 unless im doing something wrong, which is clicking all over the icon
