I think CCB is the closed beta and while i was playing there was a message saying something about this CCB and i saw lv38 in the text, so im assuming that the lvl cap will raise to level 38 in the closed beta. Sorry i dont have a screenshot to proove it but i did see it and maybe some other people did to.
