In-game, the levels required for an skill are different from the ones shown on the skills page of this forum
(IE) In DBO TW I can use the skill Shout of an Wonder Majin but at the skills page it says level 30?

that skills are now outdated since there is a new update for korean dbo
it just a matter of time then there will be a new one
just try ur skills u can always do reset by the npc's
