Does anyone know how to use these 2 abilities? I just spend 910 zennie on each of them and I'm not sure what they do or how to use them.

those are physical attack increase passive, and spiritual attack increase passive.

He should of only learned 1 though, and build his MA around either physical or spiritual not both.

Not like I could have known this being new to the game and not being able to read Korean.. QQ

There's currently no way to get back spent skill points.

Actually when I was doing some translations on settings menu I found out something like "Reset Counter" in third tab of options menu (the one with event times displayed), and this reset counter showed that I have 0 resets. We can only speculate, but probably on official release if they don't wipe out chars we will be able to reset our skills. It happens usually when some major changes are made to any of classes skills.

I really wish I knew what I was doing on the game lol... Are there any quest guides yet? Everytime I get a quest I just look at the map and go where it tells me to go but I don't get to understand why or what I'm doing it for... miss out on the whole story lol.

If I need someone to play with / Quest with do I need to be on the same server as that person or is everyone already on the same server?
