Here's my proof. ON DBO TW facebook page, I posted on their wall asking if they're going to raise the level cap, they said: We are going to release new patch very soon and you can reach higher level then. Also I posted this on their official facebook page for non-believers.
I also crossed out a few things for personal reasons.

we know from the start and from korean version that the normal gap is 55 so maybe its the same here? also there is no reason to have 55 lvl from the 1st day we see the same with korean beta's

i will be fine with 38, as long as they increase the level to 50 off the bat and not to 40 or something.

if they see that the korean server is ***ing dead :P maybe they will avoid some of that servers faults ...

korean server is dead because of the difficulty it is to get into the game, not through any fault of the creators.

And also that the chinese people are more friendly then the korean.

Like we didn't know... =p

cause there is more of them, plus they aren't as big on security as the koreans.

yeah i got ban for 30 days because i didnt speak to admin xD and on this i speak on facebook with him xD its a diference :P
