I'm not sure that's true. I know they definitely don't have the PVP dragonball collection thinger. However you may not be able to collect them.

i don't understand. we can't find dragonballs??? we must await an event????

In the Korean version, every weekend Dragonballs will start to drop from monsters. Collect 7 and you can wish for stuff.

yeah everyweekend, i am sure i saw a little dragonball icon on my screen the other day when i made my first TW char but i might be wrong

BECAUSE THE EVENT ISN'T ON, and when you start the game you get the db event icon but there is no event, dear god people learn to read.
