Shenron doesn't pop-up for the +EXP/Zeni events. The lang0.pak file mentions something about scramble...?

Its a notification for the Dojo seige. Not sure what the number means. maybe a queue?

The number its from the English translator. Bakemonoshi put some Numbers in sentences that he don't know how to translate, so if anyonone see that kind of number just tell him where it is.

I see. Well if thats the case, maybe its a sentence saying "Do you want to participate?" since thats how most of those notification buttons do if they pop for a reason. (like the martial arts tournament)

I just never experienced it myself since I don't have a guild at the moment
(And I am happy I never joined one :D)
