A. The enemies names and color changed for some reason.

B. These arrows aren't associated with the quests below it, they were from past quests. They've been there for a long time, ever since I exited the game window before completing.

Restarting the game doesn't fix it, mines been like this for the last 5 days or so. Also yeah, what do you mean by "Fix your scouter"?
