how do you get the samuri sword or any other sword ?
and what shall i do for my level 31 character im almost level 32 but all quests i got is in the dungeon, plus i tried doing the time quest with some koreans but some healer messed up on us so we failed, so yh what shall i do for my character now that there only them dun geon quests ?
Do the dungeons xD. Even I am on the last part of 31 and have only dungeon quests. I began doing them with korean groups. At this point we didn't even need a healer, only four people.

Those blue scooters are from an event where you had to log in through a korean PC room. The event is over now
Everyone had to grind from 31-32, now it's less because they lowered the EXP needed to level between 31-38. You can also find a good dungeon group and get exp there, if you're lucky enough to find one.

I forgot which level exactly, but there was a quest for each races that gives you a blue bike that u can use for 1 day only. Its like a trial sort of thing that introduces you to vehicles.
