Does anyone know any good tips to increase your chance at getting the dogi from the waguwagu machine? or is it always just completely random?
Also, does the machine reset the numbers when someone gets the dogi? or does it reset when it reaches 0?

It honestly come to down to pure luck mate :)
However, i have heard / noticed that the most pulls is drawn from when around only 200 capsules is left. The reason for that is as you guessed, the Wagu machines resets everytime a dogi is drawn, and when there is fewer capsules less to draw from, there is of course a bigger chance to get it, than when it is full (around the 900'ish)

Scrancher is right. The best time to play waguwagu is when the machine is almost empty to improve your chances.

Of course it does mostly come down to luck and I've seen people win the dogi prize when the machine was almost full.
