Ok so i see several of you are experiencing exactly what i had went through... hell


After you try to start the launcher it prolly pops up for a split second and disappears, right? this is a huge issue cuz you cant patch...
well heres what i had to do...

Step 1

FIRST uninstall all version of DBO on your computer and re-Download here

and what youll want to do is torrent the hell out of that ***** and the thread posted above tells you to create DL_Temp blah blah...
what ever i didnt i jus launched the application from Frostwire (my torrent friend in this world)
and manually chose my output path(cbf to put a pic but i will if needed)

it will run and junk and after it does the patchin biz youl get a simple patcher to pop up and well click the only button on it (Patch) and you will be in business

(note: if it has any errors throughout the simple patcher idk)

then you will want to run under this every time to play DBO

it says Game initialize failed

run as admin (Always)

i did but nothing happens

are you getting the disappearing launcher aswell?

i suppose this issue has been solved... shame... damn shame

Sid do you have the master program? they released a new one i think because it has the patch in it aswell its a little larger than the original (like 60mb larger) i just cant get the damn thing to install now xD

dl the first one, and if it does not auto patch i would dl the second, they both took me about 30 mins to dl, the second took like 5 minutes tbh.

Duffy i am getting a new error for dbo install xD that means progress right? xD lol it isnt letting me install the newer full client, saying something ******ed xD
