i have got an icon on the lower right side of the screen that say scrambler request is availeble. what is that?

I got it aswell and I am just as clueless about it as you are. Also it has a shenron head as the icon aswell

THATS DB SCRAMBLE.db scramble is that u fight others that have dbs and if u win u get there dbs if they win they get ures. aswell u cant compete thee till ure 45-55 thats the level u can compete
