how to use scouter with chip for quests

so i just got my account and in lvl 4. i understand that i can find questes using the scouter i got that yellow chip inserted it into scouter now what do i have to do.

press T and it will open the scouter and click for the 1st ption i guess

1st option is powerlevel scouter.
It's 2nd option(or press 2 while your scouter is open(t))
