Whats a HTB, how do you use one and can you use one when your level 8

Htb is a skill i think and you cant use it on lvl 8 (Not sure on which lvl)

HTBs (High Tension Blows) are pretty much your ultimate attacks. You get the first at level 30. Check out your classes skill tree at the link below for more details.

You get your first HTB at lvl 30 when you do the Adult Quest with Korin and the Last HTB is in lvl 40 but you have to call shenron to get it.
