First of all press U and take out all the chips and items you have in the scouter, then press C and you will see the scouter under your charact remove it and place the new one
press in the old scouter and take off all the chips then go down where you can find your inventory and you will find a your scouter there pick it up and make it in your inventory and then use the new one that all :D
