I have already upgraded to 70 so we'll see, Just kick a few people from the guild who are inactive or make a new guild for Alts like TempestJr or something.
Have you upgraded the guild before or maybe someone else? Give someone in your guild leader and let them try to upgrade then tell them to give you lead back.
