ok so i did the first tier quest and i need help on wat to wish for i want dragon radar and seccond how do i search for tier2 dragonballs and do i really need to wish for dragon radar?

You get the scouter chip for the Dragon Radar after the first tier wish.

does that mean i have to wish for it

and how do i use it and where do i go to use it

If you're referring to the dragon chip, when you make your first wish with the tier 1 dragon balls, you will receive it automatically with the other items you get from the wish. When you reach level 21 you can go to the 2nd map to start receiving quests and such. The 2nd map is below the starter map that you're in. To use the chip, from what I've read, you will see an orange dot on your mini map in a mob and you can kill the mob to get the dragon ball. You can only collect them during the dragon ball collection period though. Hope that answers the question :P

thanks buddy but wat do u mean collection period sorry im new and is the spot different each time and is it droped by one monster or do i have to kill the entire mob to get it? and after the wish do i need to talk to npc to allow me to get dragonballs or do i just do it on my own during collection period and i heard u press ur scoter to look at the orange dot or so ive been told

When it is dragon ball collection period, there should be a 1 star dragon ball on the bottom right side of your screen where the inventory is and stuff. And you gotta kill the enemy, if you want to see a specific monster then you can scan them with the scooter and there should be a dragon ball up in the middle at the top.
