If you start a new character are you limited to your own starting zone? For example a friend of mine are going to play. We want to play 2 different races can we play in each other starting zones and get the quest ?
yeah a friend of mine wanted to play a majin and I was playing a human. After I ran all the way down to the majin city I couldn't find any quests. you are stuck in your starting zone until level 20 or 21 when we can do some Korin quests.
